The event “M’illumino di spezie” is scheduled for the last weekend of September: Saturday, September 30th and Sunday, October 1st. Many proposals and appointments to choose from such as the exclusive exhibition-market with the presence of spice sellers and wholesalers, master confectioners and chocolatiers, producers of liqueurs and spicy wines, sauces and mustards, master perfumers, as well as tastings, masterclass and much more. The start is set for 10.30am. The exhibition “La magia delle Spezie dalla Serenissima ai nostri giorni” (with over 40 types of aromas and mixtures), sensory laboratories conducted by experts, specialization courses in mixology, barbecue with expert grillers, chilli eating competition (by Jack Pepper Group and with the presence of the European champion), tasting of various kinds, workshops for children, cultural meetings and the caravan of spices. A sensory journey to discover smells and aromas that will intrigue everyone.
