Both classic and creative
The competition involving the snack bars of the littoral is back in town. The spotlight will be on the plates of two categories, kiosks and hotels, which will compete to create the best club in Jesolo, in a classic or creative version. The contest will have experts as judges. On 26 June it will be the turn of kiosks and pubs, a challenge that has seen the Chiosco Ristoro win twice in the last two years for the classic club. On 20 July, on the other hand, the focus will shift to hotels; last year’s prize for the traditional recipe went to the hotel Vidi Miramare & Delfino. It is an increasingly heartfelt challenge in Jesolo for the sandwich which, just over a century after its invention in NY, has crossed the Atlantic and is already a great classic on the coast.
