The sunrise run for charity
If you see an army of green shirts running and walking on the beach at dawn on Saturday 1 July, don’t be alarmed: it’s RunSunRise. The event is repeated every year and hosts sportsmen and nature lovers. The aim, in addition to the health component, is to donate the proceeds of participation to a charitable project. The start is set for 5.30 a.m. in Piazza Faro and the route is 6.5 km, suitable for everyone and runnable at any pace. A tasty breakfast is planned at the end of the race.
