Il Girasole is a small corner of Sardinia in Jesolo, a restaurant situated in Piazza Torino that skilfully combines the typical Sardinian cuisine with the traditional dishes of Veneto, the land of adoption of the owner. Gea manages her restaurant with passion and pride and takes inspiration from her land not only for her name but for the rule to follow in the preparation of her recipes, always in compliance with tradition. In fact, the menu and the cellar revolve around the traditions of the island. All the ingredients are rigorously homemade according to tradition: culurgiones, malloreddus, fregola with mussels, gnocchetti sardi, pane carasau, porceddu with potatoes , seadas and much more, in addition to pizza and the fish dishes typical of our coast.
