Antonella Ruggiero on Dec. 26 at the Vivaldi Theater
For lovers of culture and notes, these will be weeks not to be missed.
A busy music festival will be opened on Thursday, Dec. 8, by the Kairos Vox choir, which, under the direction of Alberto Pelosin, will sing at the church in Trieste Square with the Mascioni organ. The Kairos Vox ensemble has distinguished itself in a short period of time for its concert activity, characterized by musical programs ranging from the Renaissance to the Contemporary, obtaining in 2018 the Grand Prize at the X Festival della Coralità Veneta.
Among the most anticipated events is a concert by Antonella Ruggiero, unforgettable voice of Matia Bazar, a singer-songwriter distinguished by a high vocal range that allows her to range from pop to operatic registers. The singer will perform on Dec. 26 at the Vivaldi Theater with the Naonis Music Academy conducted by maestro Valter Sivilotti, then it will be the turn of the New Year’s Eve one with the Bazzini Consort Orchestra conducted by Aram Khacheh, also at the Vivaldi.
Closing the festival on Epiphany Day will be the traditional Concert at the Church of St. John the Baptist at 8:45 pm. The Veneto Metropolitan Choir, the Enrico Segattini Philharmonic Orchestra and the Attilio Zaramella Chorale will perform. The orchestra, conducted by maestro Mauro Perissinotto, will perform the most beautiful and exciting music by Mozart, Massenet, Adam and Morricone, in the program also famous traditional pieces and composition for soloists, choir and orchestra. Many performances under the banner of art and music that make the atmosphere of Christmas in Jesolo unique and evocative.
