Jesolo centro storico

Memories of an everyday life that still echoes in the streets, squares and the stories of our grandparents. A historical and cultural journey to recall our roots.

Once upon a time...

In the early 1900s, the commerciala activities were situated between Piazza 1° Maggio and via C. Battisti, but, over the years, the country expanded towards the Piazza della Repubblica and athe new activities included also that of the Martin family, which began in 1956 and has been going on for four generations. The “La Sorgente” cafè was opened by Luciano, with his wife and children. A few years later, the café changed its name and became the current Bar Martin, always run by the homonimous family.
